Our Blooming base coat is the ideal tool for creating stunning designs with a watercolor effect, shattered glass, marble and other unique looks. To achieve this effect, we recommend applying a thin layer of Blooming base coat to the nails and adding small drops of our Gel Color without curing. Next, use a brush to blend the colors until the desired design is achieved. Finally, cure the nails in the UV LED Lamp for 1 minute to complete the process. Remember to always apply a Base Coat prior to use. ✦ All Pink Mask nail polishes are vegan, cruelty-free, and 13-free, formulated for long lasting shine with a 700 bristle brush for easy application!
