Crystal Top Coat, formulated to provide a "Crystal" or glass-like finish on your nails. It is ideal for creating liquid jewelry or for use with mirror effect powders. The Top Crystal has a thicker viscosity than the Extreme Shine but is not as thick as the rubber top coat. ✦ All Pink Mask nail polishes are vegan, cruelty-free, and 13-free, formulated for long lasting shine with a 700 bristle brush for easy application!
