Our Rubber Top Coat is characterized by its high viscosity and hyperflexibility. It’s non-wipe and gel remover is needed for its removal. It’s perfect for: Encapsulating glitter or mylar flakes and to work with jewelry or strass. Also used for finishing a capping or overlay mani and as a traditional top coat.
